Anil Kapoor
Anil Kapoor played the role of a rich industrialist who goes by the name Balbir Singh. He is an ignorant father to his son Ranvijay (Ranbir Kapoor) and comes across as a person who fails to accept his son the way he is. At one point we see Anil Kapoor as Kailash, his onscreen body double too. His character brings his acting talent out in full form as he essays the role of a helpless father, incapable of expressing his emotions to his son who worships his father and considers him at par with god.
