Rashmi Rocket’s trailer is here to leave you impressed

Taapsee Pannu starrer Rashmi Rocket directed by Akarsh Khurana has already sparked a lot of excitement among the audience. The makers released the trailer of the film this evening and it is nothing short of exhilarating. Taapsee is shown as a sprinter in the film and plays the character of Rashmi who hails from a small village and makes her way to represent India as a runner. However, soon things go out of hand when she is made to go through a gender test. Taking one through the track, courtrooms as well as her village, the story pans across places. 

Apart from Taapsee, Priyanshu Painyuli, Supriya Pathak and Abhishek Banerjee also play crucial roles in the film. The trailer also suggests that the story has been inspired from the lives of several female athletes. If you haven’t watched the trailer yet, catch it right here.
