Fifty percent weightage will be given to the readers' choice and an equal weightage will be given to the judgment of a specially appointed panel of jury
All entries must be received by February 20, 2023 and no entries submitted thereafter will be accepted.
Each voter is entitled to cast one vote per category, and must clearly indicate the film they are voting for.
The management reserves the right to reject any votes that are suspected to be fraudulent or manipulated, and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
In the event of any suspected fraudulent voting, WWM reserves the right to disqualify such votes, suspend voting, or substitute an alternative voting method at its sole discretion. If any voter is found to be in violation of the voting rules, WWM may, at its sole discretion, disqualify their vote(s). Such decisions shall be final and binding and cannot be disputed or challenged.
WWM shall not be held liable for providing any explanation for the disqualification of any vote(s) for any reason.
WWM shall not entertain or permit any requests or claims for auditing, challenging, or verifying the current voting rules, counting of votes, or voting mechanism. The decision of WWM regarding all matters affecting the votes shall be final and binding.
WWM shall have the right to use or not use the information, votes, or other data provided by voters, participants, or the audience, at its sole discretion, and the voters, participants, or audience expressly consent to such use or non-use of their information, votes, or other data.
WWM reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing voting rules or withdraw, change, alter, amend the voting mechanism, process of selection of Winner, Voting Rules, Period and/or without giving any prior notice. Any changes shall be posted on this website and shall constitute sufficient notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Voter(s) to review the Voting Rules and Terms, from time to time.
WWM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Filmfare Awards Marathi 2022 and/or subsequent selection rounds, extend or alter the period, or take other action without prior notice and without assigning any reason. Such decisions shall be final and binding on the voters and cannot be disputed or challenged
The voters shall not make any claims against WWM, the jury, or any person appearing at the Filmfare Awards Marathi ceremony, their employees, directors, or affiliates, for any costs, injuries, accidents, deaths, losses, or damages of any kind, directly or indirectly, arising from their voting.

Data Loss: WWM will make reasonable efforts to protect the votes and corresponding data, but the voter agrees that all systems are susceptible to failure and hacking attempts. In the event of data loss, WWM will rectify the situation in its sole discretion and is not responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction suffered by the voter.

Voter(s) acknowledge and agree that the Filmfare Awards Marathi 2022, voting mechanism, and event are solely owned and controlled by WWM and nothing in these Terms gives the Voter(s) any license or transfer of rights. Voter(s) further acknowledge and agree that WWM has the exclusive right to the event, its format, and voting mechanism, including all intellectual property rights.
Voter(s) undertake to not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual rights. Voter(s). shall not upload, store, collect, transmit or cause the upload, storage, collection, transmission, of any information through the website which violates any applicable laws, including, inter alia, belonging to another person; or is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, invasive of other’s privacy, paedophilic, libellous, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, harms minors in any way, violates any law for the time being in force.
Voter(s) agree not to indulge in any kind of activities like spamming or either directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, make any enhancements, modifications, customizations, changes, additions, translations, deceive or mislead about the origin of such messages which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature, or allow any kind of unfair practices such as multiple votes and affect the transparency of voting, WWM reserves the right to take appropriate action including criminal action in such an event.
By voting, Voter(s) waive the right to raise any dispute with the Filmfare Awards Marathi or the voting mechanism and grant WWM the right to use their vote for the purpose of the Awards. Voter(s) acknowledge that the relationship with WWM is not confidential or special.Further, by the acting of voting, the Voter(s) has granted to WWM the irrevocable right to use the Voter’s vote for purposes of the Filmfare Awards Marathi in accordance with these Terms.
Voter(s) acknowledges that in case any portion/clause of these Voting Rules is deemed invalid or becomes unenforceable or prohibited by the law, such portions shall be considered divisible and shall not be part of the consideration, and the remainder of these Voting Rules shall be valid and binding and of like effect as though such provision was not included herein.
WWM shall not be liable to any Voter in the event WWM is unable proceed with the Awards , Voting Mechanism or adhere to any of the contents of the Terms stated herein for any reason whatsoever, including owing due to acts of God, wars, blockades, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, lock-outs, epidemics, pandemics or large scale sanitary crisis, fire, storm and flood, judgment or orders of any court of law, acts of terrorism, embargo, any force majeure events and government orders or restrictions, transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control.
The Filmfare Awards Marathi voting mechanism and the Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and competent courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By the act of voting, the Voter(s) have read understood, accepted and agree to abide with all the rules and regulations of voting as set out herein and agree to be unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available at https://www.filmfare.com.
